Street Number System for Lining Up

Applying only to the opening of our sales. We are introducing a 'number system' also known as "Street Number Etiquette". This is a method used across the United States that will be introduced to Las Cruces, New Mexico on March 31, 2023. The purpose of the 'number system' is simply convenience. Customers who are early birds can pick up a number from our staff member within 1.5 hours before the estate sale. The number received represents the customers place in line. The customer gets to leave, grab breakfast or do anything else they would like and have a guaranteed place in line when we open. Here is how it works:


  1. Each sale day (Friday & Saturday) our signs will be placed out between 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM.

  2. A member of our staff will be on-site of the sales location 2 hours before opening.

  3. Staff Members will provide a free ticket that contains the: Date & a Number to any interested customer who wishes to attend the sale.

  4. Staff Members will stop giving out numbers at 9:30 AM Sharp. Arriving customers will be directed to the general line.

  5. We ask that Ticket Holders begin lining up at 9:30 AM and NO LATER than 9:50 AM with a 2 minute exception (9:52 the latest).

  6. Ticket holders who arrive on or after 9:52 AM will be directed to the end of the general line NO EXCEPTIONS.

  7. At 10:00 AM when we open all Ticket Holders will be let in first before the general line who did not take advantage of the "Number System"

  8. The general line is let in immediately after.

Polish Pottery Collection & More Online Estate Sale

Our online store has new products arriving from three separate estate sales. The first from our prestigious client Brig. Gen Douglas Murray who was the academic dean of New Mexico Military Institute until the summer of 2021. The collection brought forward comes from a store called "European Treasures" and was owned and operated by the wife; Kathy Murray who sold polish pottery and Lithuanian candle houses. The polish pottery pieces within this sale are "new" and have never been used. They are adjustable and about 1.5 - 2 inches in pendant size and 26" inches for the necklace. We are also featuring the final items from the estate with multiple selections to choose from.


Our second clients was an antique dealer and collected a large amount of rare items that she is slowly letting go of. With true passion and care our client preserved some of the most unique items and featured some of these items within our estate sales over the past 5 months. This week we will be going down memory lane and listing some true treasures that will take you back.


Furthermore, our last client has consigned a 2022 Ford F350 Super duty Tailgate with Back Up Camera in the color: Stone Gray. All new, taken straight off the truck when purchased. This item has no damage and is considered "Like-New". If you would like to see any of these items in person please just give us a call and we can accommodate a live viewing.
