CANCELATION POLICY: All appointments can be canceled 2 weeks prior to service being conducted to qualify to receive 50% of a refund. All canceled appointments within 2 weeks will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds or credits of any kind provided for any reason other than the cancelation policy listed above. ALL BOOKINGS ARE TO BE COMPLETED IN ADVANCE USING OUR BOOKING PORTAL. Clients will be billed no less than $500.00 Minimum + tax for a 1 hour and 45-minute session, completed in full or under the timeframe. Any time exceeding the timeframe above will be billed at $75.00/unit + tax (15 Minutes equals 1 unit). Potential clients who do not wish to proceed with the appraisal will be billed no less than $500.00 + any additional units over 7 billed at $75.00/ unit + tax. It should be noted by the client that completion within 15 minutes will still be billed at $75.00 for the full 15 minutes if the report is completed in full or under the timeframe. Example: Amount of time: 1 Hour & 47 Minutes Number of Units: 8 Billed at: 8 X $75.00 = $600 + tax Amount of time: 2 Hours & 00 Minutes Number of Units: 8 Billed at: 8 X $75.00 = $600 + tax Amount of time: 2 Hours & 05 Minutes Number of Units: 9 Billed at: 9 X $75.00 = $675 + tax A payment of $500.00 + tax must be made prior to the consultation. The payment can be made in Cash or by using a debit or credit card. Credit & Debits Card will be charged an additional 4% processing fee. If agent is requested to appear in court the hourly rate will increase 25% to $375.00/hour + tax
