TICKETS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE THE DAY BEFORE AN EVENT AT 12:00 PM (MST) 

Tickets are not required to gain access but are recommended for any customers who wish to get a reserved spot in line before we open the event. *TICKETS are only needed if you wish to arrive past 9:30 AM and have a guarantted spot in line*

Q: What is the purpose of this system? 

A: Courtesy & Convienience. In order to reduce unneccesary wait times along with keeping the public out of inclement and harsh weather. 

Q: Do I need a ticket to enter? 

A: No. We are open to the public and anyone can gain access after 10:00 AM without a ticket. 

Q: How do I keep track or find my ticket? 

A: We will send you an automatic email with your tickets. The email contains a PDF version that can be printed. Smartphone users can download the tickets to there Apple or Google Wallet along with Save the date in your Google Calendar. 

Q: Can I arrive to your event early without a ticket? 

A: Yes. Anyone can arrive early and will be directed to the end of the General Line. (Lines can grow beyond 100+ in some cases)
