Welcome to bid.GoldMineEstateSales.com. By registering and participating in our auctions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before bidding.

1. Registration

• Registration is FREE.

• By registering, you certify that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

• Notifications and updates related to auctions will be sent to the email used during registration.

  
  

2. Bidding Rules

• All bids begin at $5.00, regardless of item value.

• There are no reserve prices. Every item will sell to the highest bidder, regardless of the final price.

• Bidding is open and transparent – you can view the usernames of other bidders.

• Auctions may be extended without notice, including individual lots or the entire auction event.

  
  

3. Proxy Bidding

• Our platform uses a proxy bidding system. You can submit your maximum bid, and the system will automatically increase your bid incrementally only as needed to keep you in the lead.

• You do not need to monitor the auction continuously – the system bids on your behalf up to your maximum.

  
  

4. Anti-Sniping Feature

• To prevent last-second “sniping,” any bid placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction will trigger a 2-minute automatic extension.

• Extensions will continue until no additional bids are placed within the final 2 minutes.

  
  

5. Buyer’s Premium

• A 10% Buyer’s Premium is applied to the final winning bid of each item.

  • Example: If you win an item for $100, your total before taxes and applicable fees will be $110.

• This premium helps cover administrative, processing, and platform costs.

  
  

6. Payment Terms

• Invoices are generated only after the entire auction concludes.

• Payment must be made using the methods listed in the item description. No other payment forms will be accepted.

• You can pay your invoice at the bottom of our website by clicking "Pay an Invoice."

• Do not bid unless you have the available funds. We do not hold items until a later pay date.

  
  

7. Item Pickup

• Pickup dates and times are pre-scheduled and published in advance.

• It is your responsibility to review and confirm availability for pickup before bidding.

• Failure to pick up items within the scheduled window may result in forfeiture without refund.

  
  

8. Item Descriptions

• All item descriptions are AI-generated through ChatGPT.

• While we strive for accuracy, errors or omissions may occur.

• By bidding, you agree to hold Gold Mine Estate Sales, LLC and our clients harmless for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

• Items are sold AS IS, and we encourage you to review photos and descriptions carefully.

  
  

9. In-House Bidding

• If you are not comfortable bidding online, in-house bids can be placed by calling our office at (575) 222-3436before the auction closes.

  
  

10. Platform Use
